Caravan Pop Up Store 2018

After 5 years of a short and intense history, Caravan Pop Up Store resolves to follow your dream, create a platform that connects everyone interested in fashion and a clean progress in society, Linking all kind of strand, our store continuous  the support of those who has experience and knowledge and those who want to progress in this category and never detract from the social and environmental importance.

Tanja and Carlos are two friends who met in Switzerland about four years ago. The collaboration happened  organically through their creative discussions. They both share interest and passion for design and fashion, and also for promotion of young designer labels. This would be their second collaboration together, after a successful PopUP store in Palanca Gallery in Zurich, in May, 2015.

Do you want to experience the vibrant fashion scene in Portugal and the Balkans and then crossing to Africa, Mali? CARAVAN invites you to the [SKP] PopUp 2018 store to show audiences in Zurich the most influential designer names from these different regions. You will get a glimpse of the delicate side of the three regions, the creative potential, the high quality and exclusiveness of their work, not yet discovered fully by the audience in this parts of the world.

Looking at the Fashion Week Lisbon a point of progress and beauty can be observed in the designers` scene in Portugal. In the recent years, the creative explosion at the Balkans is really interesting to observe. Among other, we bring Sara Franca, Fabio Portugal from Acores Ricardo Andrez from Porto, the most prominent face at Lisboa Fashion Week. From Mali we bring Ka Jean ka. Ludus, Rumor, Midsartwear from the Balkans.

We perceive how new ideas are born, sophistication and delicacy quite new and fresh. Most of the designers we work with, had the opportunity to work and study in the big fashion centres (Milan, Paris, London, Copenhagen Dakar) but they have returned to their countries and established their own labels. We are waiting for you from 15 to 23 December from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.on weekends from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
