Where have we worked?

While certainly not a complete list, the projects that follow are intended to provide a sense of the scope and scale of development efforts undertaken by the partners of b2.

Retail – Build to Suit

Performing Corporate rollout programs for regional and national tenants

  • Starbucks – Western United States: completed eight (8) units as part of expansion program
  • NTG/Big O Tires – Nationwide: completed in excess of 25 units
  • Rite Aid – Midwestern US: completed approximately 20 stores to fuel growth in OH, IL, and KY
  • Verizon – Eastern United States: completed in excess of 10 units
  • Quick Service Restaurants – Arby’s Bojangles, Buffalo Wild Wings, CFA, Raising Cane’s and others have been, or are currently being developed across the Sunbelt States

Retail – Shopping Centers

The work being attributable to the senior management positions held by partners of b2 in previous roles

  • Nashville West Shopping Center – Nashville, TN: 800,000 SF mixed use project anchored by Target and Costco
  • Tiger Town Shopping Center – Auburn, AL: 600,000 SF project anchored by Target and The Home Depot
  • The Highlands Shopping Center – Bristol, VA: 300,000 SF project anchored by Target

Medical Office / Clinic

  • DaVita – Southern California: worked in conjunction with an affiliate on over 12 projects in Metro Los Angeles and San Diego
  • VA Clinic – Modesto, CA: 20,000 SF regional ambulatory care center
  • AspenDental – Southeastern United States: developed multiple units in FL, GA, and AL
  • MOB – Memphis, TN: multi-unit development anchored by the 15,000 SF home office and patient visitation facility of Memphis Obstetrician and Gynecological Group. Three more similarly sized buildings are planned for the balance of the development

Office / Hotel / Resort

b2 partners participated in the development and early stage operations on limited service hotels flagged by Marriott, Hilton, and others

  • Battleship Building at Green Hills Mall – Nashville, TN: 142,000 SF Class B building redeveloped to Class A for mixed use and national, credit tenets
  • Music Row – Nashville, TN: various ground up Class A office buildings ranging from 12,000 to 68,000 SF. Heavy TI and Design Elements for entertainment industry tenants
  • Marriott Hotels – Various Locations: flagged, limited and full service hotels primarily in the East and Southeast
