About

At our core, B²Partners was founded to be a very different kind of construction services company. Of course, we have the paramount goal of maximizing profitability for commercial development investors and our ourselves. Still, we set out to accomplish something impactful in our developer and commercial tenant relationships — something non-linear, something unquantifiable on a geometric scale. It’s a greater spirit of professional relations with our clients and internal team members that we hope to achieve.

It’s a corporate ethos that we aspire to generate from within our company, to permeate our internal culture, and to characterize all our interpersonal business relations. We believe that that difference we’ve consistently sought to achieve is obtained by choosing these dual approaches to doing business as our corporate core values:

SERVICE

To revolve all our business activities around being a great SERVICE organization

Naturally, in our industry, all projects must be viewed as risk vs. returns propositions. To that end, b²Partnership has built a collectively vast base of knowledge and industry experience that rivals any in our field. However, it is our will to focus on service, to consistently exceed industry standards and client expectations, that has allowed us to form the collaborative relationships that have led to outstanding creative problem solving and opportunities for especially well-calculated risk-taking.

RELATIONSHIPS

To focus on cultivating lasting business RELATIONSHIPS

By focusing on relationships, we have found that projects can be delivered faster, without the typical strains on relations that unfortunately too often become contentious and can even devolve into “us against them” mindsets. The b² management and our entire team have chosen a different way of thinking about our business relationships. We see ourselves as being in the business of helping people solve problems.
