Phil Adams has been a registered mediator in the State of Alabama since 1996. Since that time, he has conducted over 3,000 mediations in civil cases filed in 65 of the 67 counties in Alabama. He has been a member of the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution since 1996. He is also a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN), a professional association whose membership consists of attorneys distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership into NADN is by invitation only. In addition to Mr. Adams’ conducting mediations throughout Alabama, he has also mediated cases in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Texas. Moreover, the firm has excellent facilities available to lawyers and parties to utilize at its Opelika office to conduct mediations in house.
